Motivated by the observed ratio of dark matter to baryon mass densities, $\rho_D/\rho_B \simeq 5$, we propose a theory dark-color unification. In this theory, visible masses are fixed confinement scales, which determined be nearby in through unification and gauge theories at high scale. Together with mechanism for darko-baryo-genesis, arises naturally from grand sector, densities two sectors must nearby, explaining density matter. We focus on simplest possible example such where Standard Model color $SU(3)_C$ is unified $SU(2)_D$ into $SU(5)$ an intermediate scale around $10^8-10^9$ GeV.
